We look forward to having New Horizon Catering prepare a traditional hog-roast at the May Fayre. Husband and wife team Debbie and Ian Huxham will be there early on the day filling the air with a mouth-watering smell of slow roasting crackling! They look forward to the opportunity to impress all in Petts Wood with their culinary skills and cuisine inspired by a unique blend of European and African techniques and ingredients.

There will be a fire engine (on call) from Orpington fire-station at the May Fayre. London Fire Brigade (LFB) is run by the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority (LFEPA). The LFB plans and locates its fire stations and fire engines to ensure London–wide cover. Bromley has fire stations in Beckenham, Biggin Hill, Bromley, and Orpington.
